Spring is springing

It looks like the cold snap has ended. Long range forecast looks like 20's and 30's are going to be here for a while. I could use a few more snow storms to carry me financially into the spring and summer season. These one inch nuisance snows just cost me money...I need at least 2" to make any money plowing. March is coming!

Gary's Update

I thought I'd catch you guys up on what I've been up to. As many of you know I own a small service business specializing in Snow Removal, Lawn Care and small landscape jobs.

As you can imagine I've been pretty busy this winter and I am looking foreword to the warm up and spring coming.
Lin and I  separated in early December (after four years) but  are on still on good terms. So now I have some extra time on my hands. Recently I met a lady named Angela who I have been spending some time with...dinners, movies etc. I think I was never meant to be totally alone.
I live in a small apartment across from the Albertville Outlet Mall. One of my employees is also living there with me. (He gets the couch).
So now I am getting my financing in order so I can buy a small house with a bigger shop to store my equipment and work out of. Since I have only been in business for just over three years I just passed the threshold of being ale to get a home loan. So once my taxes are complete this year, I will get preapproved and start house hunting. I am hope full that this can happen in the next couple of months.
These past few years I have put on quite a bit of weight and now I am in process of taking it off. I have dropped about 25 pounds in the last couple of months. I am looking to loose at least 25 more by the first of June.

Lets do it again

Some time ago we had a family blog where everyone could blog about what's happening in their life, share pictures etc.
I would like to do that again...so I'm going to start this out once again.
I for one enjoy blogging. It lets me express myself and keeps focused a bit on the family.
